CHP to target DUI motorists

The California Highway Patrol began its maximum enforcement period for the Thanksgiving holiday on Wednesday and will continue through Sun., Nov. 25.

"Our message is simple . . . drive safe, drive sober and buckle up," said Ventura Area Capt. Joe Whiteford.
