Association honors Rozanski

Jane Rozanski, chief executive officer of the Camarillo Health Care District, has been selected as California's first General Manager of the Year by the California Special Districts Association.

The award recognizes leaders in the state's special districts who provide "exceptional leadership" and whose experience makes an impact on the communities in which the districts serve.

Rozanski has led the district for 15 years. During that time the has district received several awards, including a special achievement award and the Service Organization of the Year Award in the Camarillo Chamber of Commerce Top Ten Awards.
