Time to fall back for autumn hours

You get back that hour of sleep you lost in March this weekend.

At 2 a.m. Sun., Nov. 4, clocks should be turned back one hour. Daylight saving time began the second Sunday in March and ends on Sunday when we return to standard time.

It's easy to remember; clocks fall back in fall and spring forward in spring.

Many people find it easier to just turn the clocks back one hour before they retire on Saturday night.

Please enjoy your "extra hour" this weekend.
