Partridge named to county Red Cross board
The 20-year Camarillo resident was named volunteer of the year by Chamber of Commerce

Kara Partridge, chief administrative officer for the Camarillo Health Care District, has been named to the American Red Cross of Ventura County board of directors.

Partridge has lived in Camarillo for 20 years and has worked with the Camarillo Health Care District since 1998.

She represents the district as a member of the legislative committees of both the California Special District Association and the Association for California Healthcare Districts, is a published author on the topic of community support and was selected as Volunteer of the Year for the Camarillo Chamber of Commerce's Top Ten Awards. Partridge is also past president of Breakfast Rotary Club of Camarillo.

The American Red Cross of Ventura County has served the county since 1917.
