The award for top selling agent from Prudential California Realty's Camarillo office for June 2007 was won by Terri Bogdanowicz.

Bogdanowicz has been a real estate agent since 1995, when she took her license in Rochester, N.Y. She moved to Camarillo in 2003.

Starting her business in a new area was a great learning experience. Even though the real estate market in California is different than in western New York, people are people. Bogdanowicz thinks of herself as more of a service provider than a salesperson. Having had a negative experience with an agent herself, she realized the need for caring, honest agents and treats her clients with the same TLC she expects.

"There's no problem that can't be solved- that's become my motto," Bogdanowicz said. "I love this business. I'm in it for the long haul."
