Police to host cyber safety forum
Parents-only seminar to shed light on Internet

The Camarillo Police Department will present a community forum for parents, "Cyber Safety: Keeping Your Kids Safe in a High Technology World," from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tues., Nov. 6 at Las Colinas School, 5750 Field Crest Drive, Camarillo.

Topics discussed include Internet predators, social networking sites, cyber bullying and harassment, cellphones and texting, and webcams.
