CopQuest nabs office space

The Ventura County office of CB Richard Ellis reports the recent longterm lease of a 9,848squarefeet industrial space at 365 Camino Carillo, Unit A, Camarillo.

The space was leased by the property landlord, Rush Hindsdale, to the tenant, CopQuest, an Internet-based sales and distribution company of public safety products and police equipment. The company is relocating to Camarillo from Thousand Oaks.

CBRE industrial broker, Bob Boyer, represented CopQuest's interests in the lease negotiations. The landlord was represented by Colliers Seeley brokers John DeGrinnis and Patrick DuRoss
