United Way announces Cornerstone Partnership

United Way of Ventura County has announced the establishment of its new Corporate Cornerstone Partnership.

The purpose of the program, according to a United Way spokesperson, is to "provide an opportunity for donors to contribute to the operations of the United Way so that the maximum amount of money can go toward serving the needs of the community."

The partnership's goal is to underwrite all organizational expenditures of United Way of Ventura County.

The partnership comprises large and small businesses, individuals and foundations. Membership requirements include an annual gift valued at $5,000 or more.
