Raul and Eva Alonso

Veteran husband and wife real estate team Raul and Eva Alonso have been welcomed to the Oxnard/ Channel Islands branch of Prudential California Realty by broker/owner Bob Majorino, management and staff.

The Alonsos have been married for more than 16 years. They love Ventura and the people who live there. Eva is a lifelong Ventura resident, born and raised in the community, and Raul has lived in Ventura County for more than 28 years. The Alonsos both have their elderly mothers and most of their siblings in Ventura as well. Real estate investors for more than 12 years, both of the Alonsos are full-time Realtors. They believe real estate is the best way to gain financial freedom. They assist their clients in reaching their goals by helping them buy and sell real estate. They do this by consulting, negotiating and personally overseeing all of their clients' transactions.

The Alonsos share a philosophy when it comes to their business. "Our goal is for our clients to be so outrageously happy with the high level of service we provide that they will gladly refer friends and family they care about to us." This is why their business is largely referralbased.
