Orienting parents for show

CineMagic cast spring 2007

CineMagic, the performing arts program of the Pleasant Valley Education Foundation, will have parent orientation meetings Tuesday through Thursday, Oct. 2 to 4, in the multipurpose room at Tierra Linda School, 1201 Woodcreek Road, Camarillo.

Meeting times are 6:30 to 7:15 p.m. for parents with children in first and second grades and 7:30 to 8:15 p.m. for those with third- through eighth-graders.

The meeting is mandatory for parents of all CineMagic participants. Handbooks will be distributed and topics covered will include audition times, overview of the program, new information about the performance.

Registration and auditions will be Tue. and Wed., Oct. 9 and 10 in the multipurpose room at Valle Lindo School, 777 Aileen St., Camarillo.
