Bake sale to benefit hurt puppy

A yard and bake sale will be held to raise money to pay for surgeries for a Chihuahua puppy named Radar on Sat., Sept. 29 at 2619 Blanchard Road, Camarillo.

Susan Lewis, Radar's owner, welcomes any donations and will pick up any items offered.

Radar was found living on "Death Row" in a chicken cage on top of a counter in the North Central Los Angeles Shelter. He has had three surgeries and is in need of another operation so that he can walk normally.
