Watercolor wins third prize

Camarillo resident Audrey Rubin won third prize for her watercolor "Storm's a'Brewing" at the Ventura County Maritime Museum's Plein Air Festival and Exhibit.

The exhibit continues through Sun., Sept. 30 at 2731 S. Victoria Ave. in Oxnard's Fisherman's Wharf. The museum is open daily from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is free. For details, call (805) 984-6260.
