Livery brings improv nights to Ventura

The Livery Theatre will present comedy improv Saturday nights through Labor Day weekend. The theater is at 34 N. Palm St., Ventura.

UnScripted Rep will perform Aug. 11 and 18 in the styles of Shakespeare and Tennessee Williams, among other formats.

Joseph Limbaugh's Cartoon Overload will be presented Aug. 25, when a cartoon is drawn and animated based on audience suggestions.

Special shows to be presented Labor Day weekend include the debut of the Livery's Southern Soap Opera, which will run every Friday for eight weeks.
