COOL CAR- Lucas Zabarsky, 5, of Ventura plays with the lights in a Ventura County Sheriff's Department patrol car at Wood Ranch BBQ & Grill in Camarillo on Tuesday evening during the Tip-a-Cop event. Deputies from the Ventura County Sheriff's Department volunteered to work as servers during the evening and donated all of their tips to the Special Olympics to help provide free training, uniforms and travel for more than 800 mentally and physically disabled Ventura County athletes.
