Benefit tourney begins at sunrise
Funds to help pay for equipment, services at hospitals

Sponsors are needed for St. John's Healthcare Foundation's fifth annual Charity Golf Tournament Mon., Oct. 1 at Las Posas Country Club in Camarillo.

Longest drive, tee and cotee sponsors receive sponsorship tee signage, recognition in promotional materials and a listing in the hospital's Living Well magazine.

Course, banquet, prize and award sponsors receive lunch, dinner, prominent tee signage and a golf cart for two golfers, in addition to the benefits listed above.

The tournament begins at sunrise and ends at sundown. Participants will golf as many holes as possible in that time, having collected pledges totaling at least $4,000.

In addition to golfing, there will be massages, onehour lessons from a local golf professional and opportunities to win prizes.

Donations will pay for equipment, programs and health services at St. John's facilities in Oxnard and Pleasant Valley.

For more information on the golf tournament, call Heather Nunes, manager of special events, at (805) 981-7308 or visit www.stjohnshealth.org.
