Pat Prescott to host fest
      For the second year, Pat Prescott, radio personality on KTWV FM The Wave, will host two jazz concerts at the 2007 Camarillo Art and Jazz Festival, Fri. through Sun., Aug. 10 to 12. Prescott, who is heard weekdays from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. on "Smooth Jazz" 94.

Gala event a night under the stars
      Studio Channel Islands will present its Gala Evening Under the Stars Sat., Aug. 11 at the studio galleries on the campus of Cal State Channel Islands. The evening will feature a concert by saxophonist Eric Marienthal, a raffle for $5 per ticket and a live auction.
