EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS- Above, Ryan Burgess, a surge
planning coordinator for the Hospital Association of Southern California,
demonstrates how to open and secure a decontamination tent during "Operation
Sunset," a 24 hour emergency preparedness drill for emergency and healthcare
personnel at Freedom Park on Wednesday. It was the first 24-hour emergency drill
in Ventura County and included demonstrations, classes and shift changes.
