Joe and Tim Joyce

Joe and Tim Joyce of Coldwell Banker Westlake Village were congratulated by manager Frances Lewis for their achievement of Coldwell Bankers' Previews designation and a recent production period of 9 million. Diamond Society award recipients for 2006, which represents the top 8 percent of Coldwell Banker agents nationwide, Joe and Tim pride themselves on client services, negotiation skills and marketing.

Joe is a people person, and, as the community chair for the Newbury Park Rotary Club for the past three years, he oversees the servicing of more than 30 local charities and programs. He was named Rotarian of the year in 2006. As the secretary of management board for the new Miller Family YMCA in Newbury Park, he celebrated with other board members for a successful grand opening on June 3.
