Traveling fairy tale to visit Camarillo
Outdoor play puts new spin on old fable, and it's free

DUCK, DUCK, GOOSE- Cast members of the Gypsies in a Trunk's Gypsies in a Trunk present "CSI: MOTHER GOOSE," as part of the Fairy Tales in the Park series of family friendly outdoor performances by the all-volunteer acting troupe. The traveling show comes to Camarillo tomorrow at 11:30 a.m. and can be seen behind the Community Recreation Center at 1605 E Burnley St.
"CSI: MOTHER GOOSE" a tale written by Chris Carnicelli and cast members, Gypsies in a Trunk, continues its 13th season of free Fairy Tales in the Park. This children's story with a new twist will debut in Camarillo, Sat., July 14 at 11:30 a.m., behind the Community Recreation Center at 1605 E. Burnley St. and in Ventura, 4 p.m. at Barranca Vista Park, 7050 Ralston. The show is free to the public, however, at intermission, actors ask that any donation to help cover the costs of costumes and props is greatly appreciated. So gather up the kids, pack a picnic or snacks and enjoy free family entertainment.
