Local author to sign book tomorrow

Itty Bitty, the dachshund hero of "Itty Bitty Saves the Day," will be on hand while Camarillo author Armando N. Garza reads his new children's book from 10 am. to 12 p.m. Sat., July 7 at Adventures for Kids, 3457 Telegraph Road, in Ventura.

Garza and Itty Bitty will be available for a book signing after the reading.

"Itty Bitty Saves the Day" is a picture book about a dachshund puppy that is born with special needs.

The book is illustrated with original, color photographs.
