Arneill bridge to close

The Arneill Road bridge across the 101 Freeway will be temporarily closed from approximately June 18 through June 29, in conjunction with improvements to Ventura Boulevard.

The street improvements along Ventura Boulevard in Old Town encompass the area from Arneill Road east to Lewis Road.

The closure of the bridge is necessary for reconstruction of the intersection at Arneill Road and Ventura Boulevard. Though the closure is expected to last a couple of weeks, there may be periods when the bridge will be open to traffic.
