Charges filed against pair in prescription drug sales

Felony charges have been filed against Oxnard residents Emily Randles, 18, and Nicholas Loulan, 20, for allegedly selling drugs to a Camarillo teen. Both were arrested June 9 for alleged possession of prescription medication for sale.

Police searched the suspects' home and found 200 pills similar to what they seized from a teenager at Adolfo Camarillo High School on May 31. The medications included morphine, Vicodin, Clanzopan, Darvcocet and Trazodone.

While Randles was released by the court, Loulan is being held on $60,000 bail. He was arraigned in court earlier this week.
