RMHS athletes head to state

Rio Mesa High has sent two relay teams and one individual to this weekend's CIF State Track and Field Championships at Sacramento City College.

Josh Harrison will compete in the boys' long jump. He'll also be part of the Spartans' 4x100 relay squad.

The RMHS girls' 4x100 relay team also qualified for state, which runs today and Saturday.
