Service group awards more than $240,000 to nonprofits
Meadowlark League to hold annual distribution luncheon next week

The Meadowlark Service League will hold its annual Funds Distribution Luncheon Thurs., June 7 at the Las Posas Country Club, 955 Fairway Drive, Camarillo.

Checks amounting to $241,400 will be distributed to local organizations including Adolfo Camarillo High School After Prom Party, Alzheimer 's Association, Camarillo Art Center, Camarillo Hospice, Cancer Center of Ventura County, FOOD Share, Mary Health of the Sick Convalescent Hospital, Pleasant Valley Historical Society and Ventura County Special Olympics.
