Graduates in the know about police department

ACADEMY GRADS- More than 30 local residents graduated from the Camarillo Police Department's Citizen's Academy program on Tuesday night. Commander Stephen DeCesari, far left, and Mayor Jan McDonald, second from the left, were on hand for the ceremony at the Camarillo Police Station. The 12-week course gives citizens an overview of the police department's function and operational procedures. The next class begins in September.
