Vandals broke into Monte Vista Middle School, 888 N. Lantana Street, and caused more than $400 in damage and stole an undisclosed amount of property on May 11 or 12.

A home in the 1900 block of Alta Segunda Court was burglarized between May 11 and 13.

Vandals caused about $50 in damage to a home in the 2200 block of Derby Street on May 12 or 13.

Vandals caused about $20 in damage to apartments on the 5200 block of Corte Bocina between May 12 and 13.

A man was arrested May 13 on battery charges stemming from an alleged fight in the 300 block of Bent Twig Avenue.

Someone stole less than $400 in property from an unlocked car parked in the 300 block of Bent Twig Avenue sometime between May 13 and 14.

A shoplifter was arrested for allegedly stealing less than $400 in property from the Petco pet store, 177 W. Ventura Blvd., on May 14. Police also charged the shoplifter with threatening a witness when he reportedly threatened a Petco employee who wrote down the suspect's license plate number.

A 33-year-old man was arrested on DUI charges May 14 when police stopped him near the corner of Calle San Pablo and Pleasant Valley Road in response to a vandalism call. Police allegedly found two open beer bottles in the man's car.

An unlocked car parked in the 700 block of Via Alondra was burglarized May 14.

Vandals caused about $100 in damage to a park wall near the corner of Sweetwater Avenue and Dunnigan Street between May 14 and 15.

Vandals spray painted a wall at the Boys & Girls Club of Camarillo, 1500 Temple Ave., on May 14 or 15.

Someone stole an undisclosed amount of property from an apartment in the 2400 block of Pickwick Drive on May 15.

A 26-year-old man was arrested May 15 on multiple charges when he was pulled over by police along the northbound 101 Freeway at the Las Posas Road exit. The man was allegedly driving under the influence with drugs and a loaded handgun in his car.

A 25-year-old woman was arrested May 15 on assault charges stemming from an alleged domestic fight at a home in the 5300 block of Hollyridge Drive.

A 25-year-old man was arrested May 16 on multiple charges when police stopped his car along the 101 Freeway near Central Avenue. The man was arrested when police reportedly found a gun, ammunition, marijuana, a scale and cash in his car.

Vandals shot a BB gun at the window of a car parked in the 4000 block of Parron Street sometime between May 16 and 17.

A juvenile female was arrested May 17 on multiple charges, including vandalism, battery on a police officer and resisting arrest, near the intersection of Mission Oaks Boulevard and Creekside Road. She allegedly kicked two police officers in the legs and broke a rear passenger window of a police car.

A car parked in the 700 block of Paseo Camarillo was burglarized May 17 or 18.

A generator was stolen from the back of a truck parked in the 400 block of W. Ventura Boulevard on May 18.

A purse was stolen from a building in the 300 block of Arneill Road sometime between May 18 and 19.

A home in the 1800 block of Loma Drive was burglarized between May 18 and 20.

A shoplifter stole about $240 in merchandise from the Cosmetics Company Store, 850 E. Ventura Blvd., on May 19.

A 57-year-old woman was arrested May 19 for allegedly using tear gas on a police officer in the 6000 block of Calle Tania.

A 23-year-old man was arrested May 19 in the 1600 block of Burnley Street for allegedly breaking into two cars.

A 40-year-old man was arrested May 19 on domestic violence charges stemming from an alleged fight at a home in the 5900 block of La Cumbre Road.

An unlocked car parked in the 2000 block of Grandview Drive was burglarized on May 19 or 20.

Someone shot a gun at a car parked on the 500 block of Palmer Avenue on May 20.

Between May 12 and May 20, police arrested 22 people for driving without a license or driving with a suspended license. During that same time period, four people were arrested for DUI, one was arrested for driving under the influence with a suspended license and 11 were arrested on various drug charges.
