She has more than 16 years experience in financial services and SBA loans and has held leadership positions with Business Partners LLC, Santa Barbara Bank & Trust, Washington Mutual Bank and First Interstate Bank. At Business Partner, TangParadis served as the assistant vice president of the Small Business and SBA Department and was the national sales manager.
