NEW BEGINNING- Cardinal Roger Mahony of the Los Angeles Archdiocese, left, ordained Father William Lowe, right, during a ceremony at Blessed Junipero Serra Church in Camarillo on Sunday. Lowe, a former Episcopalian priest, became the first married Catholic priest to be ordained in the L.A. Archdiocese. Please see page 8 for the story.
