      Temple Ner Ami will hold a "Night in Acapulco" fundraiser from 7:30 to 11 p.m. Sat., May 5 at the temple, 4098 Calle Tesoro, Camarillo. Games include blackjack, poker,roulette and Texas Hold'em. In addition, there will be a silent auction and prize drawings throughout the night.

Day Camp to host open house
      Gan Israel, a Jewish day camp in Camarillo, will host a community barbecue and open house from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Sun., May 6 at Mission Oaks Park, 5501 Mission Oaks Blvd., Camarillo. Children registered for camp at the open house will receive a free camp T-shirt.
