GARDEN GROWERS- It's time for harvest at Cornerstone Christian School with teacher Melissa Rizer, second from right, and her third-grade students, principal Colleen Brewer, right, Somis garden expert Marie Jasina, left, and garden organizer Laurie Sharpe, during school last Thursday in Camarillo. The children are growing lettuce, carrots and beans. It has been a challenge for the students to keep the local crows out of the garden.
