History lectures offered at AlmaVia

Adele Wolf, education chairman for the Camarillo Historical Society, will lead a series of talks from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Tues., May 29 and June 19 at AlmaVia of Camarillo, 2500 Ponderosa Drive, North.

Wolf will discuss Pleasant Valley and Camarillo township and cityhood May 29, exploring the history of Camarillo and how the town got its start.

The June workshop will feature the history of the Pleasant Valley School District. Wolf will display historical photos and artifacts and answer questions.
