Methodist church offers good grief therapy

The Good Grief Group at the Camarillo United Methodist Church meets Mondays at 10:30 a.m. in Howald Parlor at the church, 291 Anacapa Drive, north of Las Posas Road.

The goal of the group is to help those who have lost a loved one. It is open to everyone and is free of charge.

In addition to the Monday morning meetings, the group meets twice a week for coffee and celebrates birthdays with a luncheon once a month. Bobbie Jefferson is the coleader.
