Finding magic at the Camarillo Library

Clockwise from top: Chloe Schicker, 7 of Camarillo curls up with a good book at the Camarillo Library on Saturday while Jake Hunter, 10, of Camarillo and his mother Kristy seek out good reading material in the sunken ship of the children's' section. Holding his 1-year-old daughter, Leslie, Jesus Victoria of Camarillo fills out his application for a library card. Bill Honnef of Camarillo finds his own little niche to read to his twins Tanner and Molly, 4.
GRAND DAY- Nearly 5,000 Camarillo residents came out to enjoy the grand opening of the city's new $27 million public library on Saturday. The day included a ribbon cutting, storytelling, book signings and other family friendly activities.
