Newcomers Club meets

Camarillo Newcomers Club will meet at 11:15 a.m. Thurs., April 19 at the Aloha Steakhouse, 364 California Street Mall, Ventura. Lunch will be at noon.

Dressed in costume of the times, Dotty Wheeler, a speaker with the Ventura County Museum, will present "The Coming of the Automobile in Ventura County," offering facts and information about early life in the county.

Cost is $16 for members, $18 for guests.
