BILL SPARKES/Acorn Newspapers SAYING VOLUMES- For the past seven months, the "Next Chapter" fundraising campaign has raised more than $1 million needed to stock the library with nearly 40,000 new books. The 65,000-square-foot facility is four times larger than the city's old library. The new Camarillo Library at 4101 Las Posas Road will open its doors March 31. The $27 million library will serve approximately 90,000 residents from throughout the Pleasant Valley area.
