Traveling art exhibit makes stop at CSUCI

The Gerd Koch Gallery in Studio Channel Islands Art Center will host the third stop for the traveling 2007 Ventura Music Festival Arti s t series from Feb. 13 through March 3.

Gallery hours are noon to 3 p.m., Wednesday through Saturday, or by appointment. Studio Channel Islands is on the campus of California State University at Channel Islands.

The work of 12 local artists will be featured, all presenting works inspired by French Impressionism, the theme of this year's festival.

The artists are Whitney Abbott, Paul Benavidez, Anna Rios Bermudez, Michele Chapin, Hilda Kilpatrick, Gerd Koch, Elana Kundell, Dan LaVigne, Leslie McQuaide, Bob Moskowitz, Len Poteshman and David Rivas.
