SEEING RED- Former First Lady Nancy Reagan cuts the red ribbon, above, to officially open the First Ladies Red Dress Collection exhibit last Friday at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. The display, open through May 13, features red gowns and suits worn by America's seven living first ladies. Dress at right belonged to former First Lady Barbara Bush.
