Meadowlarks to host luncheon, tourney

Meadowlark Service League will host a women's double roundrobin tennis tournament and luncheon Mon., March 5. Tournament play will begin at 8:30 a.m. in courts provided by Las Posas Country Club, Spanish Hills Country Club and Cabrillo Racquet Club.

Registration forms are available at local tennis clubs; Bank of America, 5800 Santa Rosa Road, Camarillo; and the Las Posas Emporium of Camarillo.

The luncheon will be at 11:30 a.m. at the Las Posas Country Club and will include a fashion show, boutique shopping and opportunity drawings. The boutique will open at 11.

The cost for tennis and lunch is $70, and the cost for lunch only is $50.

Meadowlark Service League is a nonprofit organization of women from Camarillo and the Ventura County area dedicated to raising funds for local charitable organizations and community benefit programs.
