Alzheimer's Association notes services

The Alzheimer's Association Central Coast Chapter offers free patient and family consultation, support groups, help line and referral information.

It also offers information on available adult day care programs, and provides a caregiver university to educate and support family care partners and give respite for caregivers.

The safe return program provides identification bracelets, necklaces and registration in a national database to prevent patients from wandering or getting lost.

For more information, call (805) 4855597 or stop by the office at 1339 Del Norte Road, Camarillo.

For support group information, visit www.centralcoastalz. org.

The mission of the Alzheimer's Association is to eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research and to enhance care and support for individuals, their families and care partners.
