Someone entered Camarillo Cinemas at 390 Lantana Street on Jan. 8 and stole more than $600.

According to police, a customer entered an insurance office on the 3600 block of Las Posas Road around 4:30 p.m. on Jan. 8, locked the office's only exit and then said to one of the female employees, "Anyone could walk in and kill you, I'm not going to kill you, but anyone could." After blocking the locked door for about 10 minutes, the man left the office. Police officials said an investigation is underway and it's probable that the man will be arrested.
