Free matinee at S.B. Library

The Santa Barbara Music Club will present a free matinee concert at 3 p.m. Sat., Jan. 20 at the Faulkner Gallery at the public library, 40 E. Anapamu St., Santa Barbara.

A varied program of chamber music will be offered. Suzanne Duffy and four of her students perform Concerto in B minor for five flutes by de Boismortier. Violinist Nicole McKenzie and pianist Eric Valinsky present Polonaise brillante, Op. 21, by Wieniawski.

Alexandra Leslie and John Sonquist play Fantasies in F minor, by Mozart and Schubert, respectively. The Cieneguitas String Quartet performs Quartet in Eflat major, Op. 12, by Mendelssohn.
