Chamber offers home buying course
      The Camarillo Chamber of Commerce has created the Chamber Home Buying School, an educational series to support employers in informing their employees about programs that are available to finance the purchase of a home. The classes provide housing and finance information for all income levels, with options for families which earn between $55,000 and $112,000.

Marketing Gem donates services to nonprofits
      Social Good Marketing and Design, a Ventura-based marketing firm, announced that it has granted more than 400 pro bono hours of consulting, worth more than $20,000, to local nonprofits. The two top awardees in the granting process were Ventura County AIDS Partnership and Interface Children Family Services. Each will receive 100 hours of marketing consulting and PR services.
