Bob Majorino, broker/ owner of Prudential California Realty, welcomed veteran agent Scott Urquhart to the company’s Westlake/North Ranch office. Urquhart was born in Los Angeles, but was raised in Ventura County where he has been a resident for more than 40 years. He has been a fulltime real estate professional and realtor since 1985, and he enjoys it today just as much as he did in his first year.

While growing up in the Conejo Valley, Urquhart attended Weathersfield Elementary School, then Colina and Los Cerritos Middle Schools and graduated from Thousand Oaks High School. He then went on to Pierce College. Clients seeking information about the local school district will receive knowledgeable, firsthand information from Urquhart.

From the beginning of his career in real estate, Urquhart has always been among the top producers, consistently winning awards for superior production. He specializes in Westlake, Thousand Oaks and particularly Mission Oaks, where he lives. He has relocation experience and local expertise. He enjoys playing tennis and golf and competes in local realtor tournaments.
