A Dec. 15 story on page 1 of the Camarillo Acorn incorrectly described the charges against four current or former Navy Seabees in connection with the Dec. 1 shooting death of John Marmo of Camarillo.

Seth Hardy, 20, of Riley, Kan., is being held on charges of attempted murder and use of an explosive to injure or destroy. The charges relate to two alleged attempts on Marmo’s life in October 2006.

The Camarillo Acorn regrets the error.
