Free tax advice offered

A free State Payroll Tax seminar will be presented from 9 a.m. to noon Wed., Jan. 17 at Camarillo City Hall’s council chamber, 301 Carmen Drive.

The subject will be “Employee or Independent Contractor.” Subjects covered include inde

pendent contractor misconceptions and the differences between an employee and an independent contractor.
