SWEARING IN-Camarillo City council members Jan McDonald, Charlotte Craven and Michael Morgan were sworn in Wednesday night for their new terms on the city council. The incumbents beat out two challengers, Bob Taylor and David Schlangen, in the November election to win back their seats. McDonald was elected mayor and Craven was elected vice mayor by their fellow council members. Morgan was awarded a plaque in recognition of his work last year as mayor.
