Real Estate School To Open This Fall In Ventura County

Syd Leibovitch, owner and president of Rodeo Realty/Paramount Properties Division, has announced plans to open an additional real estate school in Ventura County this fall.

Leibovitch has appointed Tonie Ross as director of training for the facility. Ross brings with her more than 30 years industry experience in training and management, hav

ing served for the last 15 years as director of training at Century 21. Ross has also joined Rodeo Realty/Paramount Properties Division as associate manager of the Simi Valley Branch, managed by Marie Cole. "Rodeo Realty has had phenomenal success for over a decade at our Sherman Oaks school," said Leibovitch. "By expanding into Ventura County, we can accommodate new agents and licensees in that area. Tonie Ross is a really motivating and knowledgeable trainer and we are all very excited to work with her."

Ross has been on the Professional Standards Committee for six years. She is active in the community with Relay for Life, American Cancer Society and the Aids Marathon.
