Information on inmates in custody in the Ventura County Jail is now available to the public on the Internet at www.vcsd.org.

Those requiring information can follow the link to "Inmate Information" and type in the person's name in the easytofol

low format. Information such as physical description, arrest date, booking date, arresting agency, police report number, charges, bail, current housing location and visiting information can be obtained.

Information regarding court hearings, as well as a link to the Ventura County Superior Court, is also available.

This public access of vital information via the Internet will make it easier for family members and counsel to those incarcerated, as well as the public and media, to have the most current up-to-date booking information available.
