Christmas farce to run

Transport Theatre will present "Judy's Scary Little Christmas" from Dec. 1 to 23 at 451 Media Building, 1328 N. Ventura Ave., Ventura.

The shows will run Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. and on Sundays at 2 p.m., with two shows on Sat., Dec. 16 at 2 and 8 p.m. The show, directed by Linda Livingston, is recommended for mature audiences.

Written by James Webber and David Church, with music and lyrics by Joe Patrick Ward, the play is a look back at TV holiday shows of the 1950s. The press release states, "But TV can be scary-very scary, as the show takes unexpected turns."
