County libraries to observe holiday hours

The Ventura County Library community libraries will be closing at 5 p.m. on Wed., Nov. 22 and will be closed on Thurs., Nov. 23 for the Thanksgiving Day holiday.

County libraries include Camarillo Library, Moorpark Library, Oak Park Library and Simi Valley Library.

Some libraries also will be closed the morning of Tues., Nov. 28 and will delay opening until 1 p.m. that day to enable staff to at

tend a countywide library staff meeting. Affected libraries include Camarillo Library, Moorpark Library and Simi Valley Library. The remaining libraries will keep their regular schedules. Administrative offices and support services will also be closed during this time.
